Gusseted Poly Bags

To provide added strength and security to oddly shaped items, there is a need for poly bags that have a protective bottom but expandable area. Our gusseted poly bags have a fitted bottom, but gussets on the sides which give extra room to store irregularly shaped items. These bags are made with seamless tubing along with a sealed bottom for added strength. The side seals or slits are made of superior quality and do not get ripped. There are 1, 1.5 and 2 mil sized bags available for the buyers to choose from depending on their requirements.

The gusseted poly bags can be heat-sealed, taped, or twist-tied for a sturdy grip and protection. Our bags are made from a high clarity polyethylene film which is 100% virgin making the bags an ideal packaging solution. The 1 mil bags are useful for a short period of time, whereas the 1 ½" are economical and lightweight in nature. The 2 mil bags are ideal for storage and shipment of tools, industrial parts, clothes and food products. These bags are FDA and USDA approved for the food contact and application. Bags that are 15" wide or less are packed in dispenser packs of 100 bags in a box which provides convenience and cleanliness.
