VCI Sheets & Chips

Many packaging and shipping industries work with metal products that are prone to rust, corrosion or electrostatic discharge. To avoid situations in which there is a possibility of such products getting damaged by air and moisture, we provide a variety of appropriate products including chips, sheets and rolls. Chemically, the vapor corrosion inhibitor reacts with the metal and create a protecting layer over its surface. As a result, the products are prevented from free charges available in the surrounding area.

Our VCI Sheets and Chips responsibly act for preventing oxidation of ferrous and metallic equipment, for example, iron nails, copper sheets, cast iron utensils, chrome accessories etc.

These sheets and chips are made from high-quality kraft material, along with vapor corrosion inhibitors for extreme protection. Chips are pre-cut in 1” x 1” size and are delivered 25,000 per case, while the sheets are available in many sizes and quantity options. Overall, both the VCI sheets and chips are economically efficient. They are also ideal for long shipping procedures.
