Our freezer papers have one waxy side and the other, uncoated for packaging of frozen food products. Food is wrapped against the waxed side so that it is protected from the surface. The freezer paper also helps in the prevention of moisture loss so that the food is always fresh.

The clean surface of paper allows you to label the packages for identification. One of the most common places where the freezer paper can be used is at the seafood and meat counter in grocery stores to prevent leaking and soaking of juices.
