This does not only have a lot of positive impacts but a few restrictions as well. The language barrier is one of the main problems faced by the handlers of goods. If the parcels contain fragile goods, it is important to paste information on the package for instructing the handlers how to take care of the boxes. When these parcels are shipped to such a place where handlers do not understand English, there is a need to put instructions in a language that they would understand. For this, we have introduced bilingual labels that have instructions written in English as well as Spanish.
